Matt O'Neil featured as one of the Top 20 faces of UK Franchising by What Franchise Magazine and one of the leading names in the industry.

Matt has extensive experience in the UK Franchise Industry. After 14 years in the plastics industry, Matt was the former business owner and Sales Director of confectionery delivery and Vending Franchise Snack-In-The-Box in association with Cadbury & Mars before he sold it in 2009.

More recently Matt was Head of Partner Recruitment for the award winning white collar procurement franchise Expense Reduction Analysts UK. During his time at ERA, they won or were nominated for over 20 Industry Awards, were consistently selected by HSBC and the British Franchise Association for the prestigious “Franchisor of the Year” award and double winners of the “Best White Collar Franchise” Global Franchise Awards.

Over the past 21 years in the Franchise Industry, Matt has helped hundreds of people successfully start their own businesses and become franchisees. Matt also spent 7 years giving independent advice organising, running and presenting the Franchise Seminars around the UK in association with Lloyds Bank and NatWest Bank.

Matt now has turned his attention to Franchise Advisory Services, using his extensive experience to help potential Franchisees with their due diligence. People who may be confused how to choose the right franchise for them, from the more than 950 franchise business systems in the UK.

Franchise Advisory Services also offer guidance to Franchisors that want help with their recruitment process and general business.

Matt is also the founder of www.franchise-seminars.info an on line educational programme to help people new to franchising learn all about franchising.
